We are looking for Copier Service Repair Technicians with previous copiers and/or printers repair experience (although we would train the right candidate). We are seeking individuals who enjoy teamwork, possess a good work ethic and communicate well.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Providing high quality technical support to our customers
- Communicating with customers and sales representatives to ensure customer satisfaction
- Troubleshooting and solution development skills
- Managing time & resources
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Great mechanical/electrical aptitude
- A+ or N+ certification is a plus
- Certification and 1 year experience is highly preferred
- Reliable vehicle and clean driving record
- Job requires bending, kneeling, standing, moving of large objects, and lifting of up to 50 lbs
